  Production Engineering Corporation is proud to annouce our ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100:2004 Rev. B Certification. Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. completed our certification on 2/13/09.
Statement of Policy. It is recognized that product quality at Production Engineering Corporation is directly related to the integrity of its systems and processes and personnel. Production Engineering Corporation is dedicated to the continuous improvement of its systems through evaluation and employee involvement, improvement of personnel by education and encouragement. The goal of these efforts is to maintain a total quality system, which will provide our customers with improved product quality, on time deliveries, and lower product cost. The benefits to Production Engineering Corporation are improved employee morale through involvement and recognition, improved efficiency, and production with less waste, which results in higher profits.

- Parts are inspected at the end of each state of operation.
- B.
- Parts presented to inspection are accompanied by process sheets, which also accompany the parts throughout all operations, and are stamped for acceptance or rejection on each operation.

- Final inspection is performed after application of finishing, part number, applicable process stamps, etc.

- Separate facility for customer source inspection.

- Limited shelf items received are entered on computer and tagged for disposable date.

SPC
Statistical process control is managed through portable computers which are interfaced with selected CNC machines and the host computer.
